The best poker reporter, and live blogger extrodinaire, Pauly is out about to live blog the LA Poker Classic. You should read him. He is by far and away the most entertaining poker reporter there is.
OK, I know the cool kids play mainly at other places, and I play at other sites such as Stars and the sentimental favorite, Full Tilt, but many still play at Party. One of the big complaints about Party is their software. Today, however, they released a major upgrade. Could Party finally be getting it? A couple features:
* Resizable tables
* SNGs - Starting chips go from T800 to T2000! The levels are now time based (10 mins) instead of hand based. This finally brings the Party SNGs to a level of the other major sites.
* Evidently the end of data mining

On that note, I’ve played zero poker since Sunday. I’m on a great streak of 0-8 ITM in SNGs. Joy. This new structure will make things intersting though. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to play this weekend for a bit and try it out.

they finally got there new software up. its is about time, they are way behind the curve and have lost thoasands of players because of that. No wonder they say the online poker boom is has gone down.

“T800 to T2000″… might have to give their SnGs a try. As for the resizing, very cool except…
